- Complete property details: physical address(es), section(s), lot(s),
- Scheduled Close Date,
- Buyers' full names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses,
- Select all 3 Horizon recipients on the bottom of the form.
Note:
- No submitted Realtor forms will be filled out.
- Requestor can download CC&Rs, Articles of Incorporation, By Laws, Management Certificate, and Platmaps under Public Information.
- Please allow three to five business days before the Close Date to receive Resale Certificate information.
