Resale Certificate Requests

Requests for Resale Certificates should be submitted via the “Contact Us” link.  Please include:

  1. Complete property details: physical address(es), section(s), lot(s), 
  2. Scheduled Close Date,
  3. Buyers' full names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses,
  4. Select all 3 Horizon recipients on the bottom of the form.

Note:

  1. No submitted Realtor forms will be filled out.
  2. Requestor can download CC&Rs, Articles of Incorporation, By Laws, Management Certificate, and Platmaps under Public Information.
  3. Please allow three to five business days before the Close Date to receive Resale Certificate information.
